Apple has seeded iOS 10.2 beta 4 to developers for testing. The build number is 14C82.
In iOS 10.2 the Videos app is completely replaced by Apple's new TV app. There are also some other improvements including new emoji, new wallpaper and more. Click here for details.

TV App
• “Clear Play History” in TV app settings should now delete the movies or shows a user has previously watched across devices.
• Users should no longer be prompted repeatedly to connect their apps to TV.
• Synced content in the TV app library should now display correct artwork and play back
properly.
