A placeholder entry for a new Apple 'Files' app was spotted on the App Store this morning by developer Steven Troughton-Smith ahead of the WWDC 2017 keynote.
It appears as though Apple is finally planning to introduce a Finder type app for iOS 11, something that users have long wished for. Presumably, the app would allow users to manage files on their devices and hopefully provide folder level access to third party apps. The placeholder has been pulled from the App Store already but it will likely be back soon.
