Apple has released the third beta of iOS 8 to developers for testing (build 12A4318c).

The update is available via Software Update on your device or via the iOS dev center for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. It weighs in at 388MB for the iPhone 5s.

There's many more changes in iOS 8. It works the same way it worked on beta 1 and beta 2. It crashes a lot, is slow to reconnect, etc. Not recommended.
