New photos have surfaced of what is allegedly a working iPhone 7 Plus in dark blue.

Notably, we have heard conflicting rumors about whether Apple would be releasing a new dark blue colored iPhone 7 or a Space Black colored iPhone 7. Perhaps it's both!

It's the most beautiful deep blue ever to be almost permanently hidden under a case and seen only by those who temp fate and ride bare back, most of whom pay the price by cracking their screen because this phone is so slippery and impossible to use without some form of protection. (Slow clap, Apple...slow...clap...)

Why they are calling it iPhone 7? I thought it would be called iPhone 6xx (xx=something something). Then the NEXT iPhone would actually be called "7". Am I totally wrong?

I love how you compared a phone color to innovation. Where's the connection? How is phone color suppose to be considered innovative?

Dark Blue?...more like Pale Blue...on pictures it is actually close to Space Bluish Grey.

It would be nice if it were real. Dark Blue with black front is nice. Because people who like the black face get only one choice in color. So color options are only for people who prefer the white.

Anyway, in the end so many people put covers on them. If like the face plate to have more color options too adding to the black and white choice.

I'd like the faceplate to have more color options too, like black and white and gold and blue or grey whatever. Let them design of just give us more options. That's what we look at the most.
