Frustrated that the Apple Watch didn't come with a round design, PeripateticPandas took a grinder to the device. These are the same guys that took a grinder to the iPhone 6 to remove the protruding camera.

We loved the functionality of the Apple Watch...but we thought the design could be improved upon. Shot entirely on iPhone 6.

Surprisingly, the Apple Watch still works. The smartwatch has proved quite durable passing numerous torture and water tests.

Take a look at the video below...

there's nothing wrong or new about square watches. Swiss watchmakers have made them for centuries. see Cartier, Bell & Ross, SevenFriday etc...

ChiChi - May 13, 2015 at 10:52pm

Didn't watch the video, watchmakers of the world have been making square-shaped and oddly-shaped watches for ages. I'm with #Sheiken, this video proves nothing...

The watch still working !! That's amazing, anyway I don't like the square shape either, hopefully they'll make a round one in the future, or some one does, or maybe some smart company will make a round case were u can take out apple watch's guts and fit them inside.

This guy is lucky he was not injured. Never grind aluminum on a grinding machine.

Emirerlsn - May 13, 2015 at 5:10pm

Why's the reason

Noob - May 13, 2015 at 9:10pm

Because it can explode.

Truckn_Brian - May 13, 2015 at 2:05am

When someone makes a round case to drop the watch in, I then might get one

Love this! Perfect that the guy grinding the "watch" is wearing a real watch!

gamerscul9870 - May 13, 2015 at 1:15am

Watch comes in many forms. The fact you love this is how much we laugh at those throwing cash out the window for destroying expensive gadgets.

gamerscul9870 - May 13, 2015 at 1:01am

It's worth mentioning for how much people waste their money on products just to destroy to prove nothing.

Newsshooter9 - May 12, 2015 at 11:41pm

I love that this person is destroying a perfectly good watch. And i struggle to just put food on the table. I will likely never own an apple watch but i glad this guy is well off enough to destroy one.

ywhat - May 13, 2015 at 12:06am

Youtube views payout will pay for this apple watch and then sone. Thats why people post videos that show them damaging new Apple products

Jake - May 12, 2015 at 11:34pm

I love how people are destroying their Apple Watches and I haven't even gotten my space gray sport yet. Sadly they're just doing it for views which equals money.

AppleGuy299 - May 13, 2015 at 12:34am

Yes. Very annoying
