Apple maybe planning to release the iPhone 7 in stores on September 23rd; rather than the September 16th date previously rumored.

Until now it's been expected that Apple will unveil the iPhone 7 on September 7th, begin pre-orders on September 9th, and release in stores on September 16th. That's based on information from Bloomberg and well known leaker Evan Blass.

Now 9to5Mac has obtained some leaked documents from AT&T that show upcoming merchandising reset hours. Interestingly, stores are getting a merchandising reset on September 9th and September 23rd.

This could suggest that advertising for pre-orders could be planned for September 9 as expected and new iPhone models could hit the floor on September 23, a week later than previously expected.

Of course, this reset could be for a launch of a device from another manufacturer. We'll let you know if we hear anything else in this regard. Please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.
