A leaked schematic of the iPhone 6s allegedly reveals that the next generation smartphone will be slightly thicker than the iPhone 6.
In Engadget Japan version, we get the drawings that are "iPhone 6s" from a reliable source of China. Only overview and dimensions, but the thickness will be 7.1mm of the slight increase from 6.9mm of the iPhone 6.
It was previously rumored that the iPhone 6s will be slightly thicker to accommodate a new Force Touch feature for the display.

The camera will be flush... I'm all in. A 256GB model if they release it? But 16GB on a phone is so 2012...

Laws you do realize there had been a 64gb that replaced the 32gb and sold for the same price.

Just thicker enough so that we'll need to buy new cases. That's a tad annoying but not a show stopper.

It's barely thicker so it may fit the same case. It's always best to wait every other year for the new iPhone anyway. That's how I always do it towards s models of the iPhone's which not only saves money, but wait for improvements compared to the previous model as usual.
