I don't think he even has his iPad yet, I mean he probably didn't get paid until after the surgery so if he's still in the hospital he might die before he even gets the chance to purchase one.

If you get your head out of your ass and check facts and listen to real news once in a while and not all the myopic stuff you listen to, you would have known that Clinton did welfare reform which closed many open ended loopholes in welfare. That's why I skipped him because he actually did something about welfare abuse.

If I remember right, Obama and the administration just passed a law stating that people on welfare are going to have to take drug tests. Not sure if it was already passed or in the works, but definitely a necessity.
