The iClarified 2.0 Repository

The iClarified 2.0 Repository

Posted August 13, 2008 at 1:00pm by iClarified
The iClarified 2.0 repository for Installer 4.0 is nearing completion.

Most of the 1.1.4 content unfortunately is no longer available for the iPhone 2.0.x firmware. Please let us know what patches you would like to see made available using the comments and we will do our best to make it happen.

If you are a developer and would like to see your application launched on the iClarified repository you can submit it for consideration by emailing support@iClarified.com. Please include Repository in the subject line.

Please note that for some apps we need an injection code (like if you're volume button is broken and need an app for that). It may take a week or so to get that injection code ready.

Is there going to be a silent/ring switch bypass created anytime soon for the firmware 2.2 and above? Iclarified had it for the 1.1.4 on the installer.. I would really like to have my ring tones working again.. So add it to cydia sometime soon please.

First, thanks for a great and extremely useful site. I would love to see SMSD or an equivalent app ported to 2.0. Not being able to forward SMS's is for me the only major issue with this otherwise superb phone. Thx!

Most important for me are: PYSL; iBlacklist; WE Tool (I think that is the name...a tool available in 1.1.4 that allows you delete SMS's, individual calls, and also allow u send contact by SMS). Very very useful; and finally Video Recorder

@Wee Haha, the iClarified 1.1.4 repository will remain there. Don't worry about that. I have managed to keep both repositories at the same address so it will automatically detect which you should see.

Unfortunately, the latest Installer has too many bugs still and scripts are not functioning properly. Hopefully a new beta will be released very soon as this is delaying our work. I'm sure the RiP Dev guys are working very hard. In the meanwhile we will switch our efforts to working on a Cydia repo. Thanks for your patience!

I would appreciate if you could still maintain the 1.1.4 Repository, maybe under a separate title/folder/category. I restore alot of iPhones every so often and tend to keep them on 1.1.4 as I wait for better solutions to activating/jailbreaking/unlocking solutions for 2.0 to come out. Thanks.

I would appreciate if the wifi fix "swifi" of the dev team could be added to the repo. Term is already available so that once it gets installed properly (as executable) we should be able to run it. Thanks.

After upgrading to 2.0.1 firmware my 2G 8GB i-phone, i-phone videorecorder doesn't work any longer, so I don't know whether this has to do with the firmware or I'm doing something wrong, so if possible could you please include this app in installer as well. thx and cheers
