Unlock Your iPhone 4S Without Jailbreaking Using the Gevey Ultra S [Video]

Gevey recently announced the Gevey Ultra S SIM interposer which unlocks your iPhone 4S without the need for dialing 112 or jailbreaking. The makers claim to be using a new exploit that 'fully unlocks' your device.

We've had to opportunity to test the device and can confirm that it successfully unlocks the iPhone 4S on 5.0 and 5.0.1. The Ultra S does not yet support 5.1 so those who have updated (against all warnings) are out of luck for the time being. However, the team says they are "currently working diligently to unlock 5.1".

This is a joke company!!!! The link iclarified supported for buying this card is a skam.. We ordred 2 cards 2 weeks ago and we haven't received anything yet, not even a answer from the store when we tried to email them.. It's a shame because I think iclarified is the best site for news regarding iPhones, etc..... We have press charges on the company.. So be carefull about ordering from them..

Doesn't work! I'm using an AT&T iPhone 4S and trying to load a UK sim - keeps popping up the message about unlocking every 10 mins (very annoying) and then reverts to roaming on AT&T. Can I get my money back?

I got mine march 8th.. It unlocks my iphone 4s. But the message "your iPhone has been unlocked successfully" keeps poping up even after being unlocked. And about every hour or so I get invalid sim and must reboot phone or take sim out and put back in. I wrote applenberry about this but have not received an reply.

Hello... Question please... does the unlock with Gewey ulstra S work with all locked Iphones 4S, even if they were puchased outside US (let's say in Europe- Croatia) or it just works on AT&T locked Iphone 4S? Does anyone know does the software for unlocking Iphone 4S coming any time soon? Thank you....

But the problem is, it doesn't work on 5.1 so if anything happens to the phone on 5.0.1 and it requires a restore then that means the gevey is useless since one can't go back to 5.0.1 even with SHSH blog.
