Will it be a free upgrade for users who bought a mac in January 09? Bought the new mac pro a couple days ago, and like it happened with leopard when it was released, there was a free upgrade..

Yes, you can get it just for the cost of postage and packing if you bought a Mac on or after the 6th Jan:
