Modality Releases NCLEX-RN Exam App

Modality has announced that a Saunders Q & A application for the NCLEX-RN Exam is now available from the Apple App Store. The new iPhone and iPod touch application, developed through a partnership with medical publisher Elsevier and based on the bestselling Saunders flash card set authored by Linda A. Silvestri, aids students in preparing for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses.

With nearly 1,000 practice questions, organized in the same style as the current exam, the app allows users to create custom quiz and review sets based on four knowledge categories: Safe and Effective Care Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Psychosocial Integrity, and Physiological Integrity. Each question includes a detailed rationale to help students learn why each answer is correct, as well as statistical tracking to measure their progress and proficiency as they move through the application.


Modality provides more than two-dozen education applications for medical, nursing students and practicing health care professionals.
