With the Studiometry 6.1 update, you will now have the ability to Invoice Clients on a retainer-basis, creating and managing retainers all while automatically adding and deducting payments from it. This new tool will work cohesively with the current Client financial information already entered into Studiometry.
With the new update, Studiometry users can now track Vendors and manage Purchase Orders. To use this new function, simply convert your old Clients into Vendors or create new Vendors from scratch. You can then track Purchase Orders and Vendored Items for each Vendor. Additionally, new Debt/Credit markup features allow you to easily add one item to both a Purchase Order for your Vendor and to an Invoice for your Client. A new Purchase Order template has been added to the Studiometry defaults, but as with all other Invoices and Reports templates in Studiometry, they are completely customizable.
Studiometry 6.1 is a huge free update that is comprised of over 100 new features, updates, and fixes. Users with large amounts of data will benefit from optimized networking behaviors. New Debt/Credit calculation features allow for multiple markup types.
