Austin-Soft Releases PAXitis 2.0

Austin-Soft has announced the immediate availability of PAXitis 2.0 for the iPhone and iPod Touch. PAXitis allows you to easily keep track of yours and your competitor's times, and version 2.0 now adds the ability to specify all aspects of class indexes, and even allows you to add your own. You can also specify what index year to use, and all results are automatically recalculated to the selected year.

"During the heat of competition, it's always a good idea to know where you stand," stated lead developer Glenn L. Austin. "With PAXitis, you can tell how close the competition is, and with a quick rotation to landscape mode, you can tell whether that quick run with cone penalties would be fast enough if the run was cleaned up, or if you have to go faster."

Designed to take advantage of the iPhone's unique abilities and interface, PAXitis offers a clean and intuitive user interface that is designed to make it easy and fun to keep track of your times. A unique feature of keeping the number pad close to the Home button allows both left- and right-hand time entry. PAXitis includes indexes for both 2008 and 2009, and allows full editing for indexed time calculations.
