Today Haptic Pro was officially released in the Cydia Store. Created by the same developer of Clippy, Ryan Petrich, Haptic Pro is the first Haptic application that allows for full customization. This includes a settings pane to customize activation sources, trigger events, and vibrate duration. Haptic Pro is available in the Cydia Store for $2.99.

has an annoying bug where if you are playing music and you touch anything (trigger the haptics) it will stop the music

Yes, I found the same thing. Annoying but then I really like the haptic feedback so am willing to put up with it for now.

nice app... my question is just what thats gonna do to the already lacking battery..? i guess i'll find out soon enough..
