PayPal has announced that it now accepts prepaid gift cards with a Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover logo.
The company found that prior to today's announcement only 1 out of 4 people were able to successfully register their billing address and complete an online purchase using a gift card.
After months of research and investigations, we discovered a patent-pending and innovative way to allow the usage of prepaid gift cards so that you can seamlessly apply them to the purchase of products and services anywhere PayPal is accepted – just in time for the holidays!

Never in the last 5 years have I had a problem using a prepaid visa or master card with PayPal.
