Pocket Cocktails Releases yogacardz

Pocket Cocktails has announced yogacardz, a new yoga app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The app features 101 yoga poses that were supervised by certified professional yoga trainers. yogacardz contains 2 apps in 1: A comprehensive collection of 101 yoga poses each with its own yoga "card", and a Practices component with a dozen different exercise routines accompanied by relaxing music from Swaha.

The app contains 101 yoga cardz, each numbered from #1 to #101. Each yoga "card" showcases a beautiful full screen photo of each pose and contains detailed step by step information and helpful tips to allow a user to master each pose at their own pace. Many cards include modification options to help tailor each pose to the user's requirements.

One of the unique features of the app is a shaker mode which allows the user to shake the iPhone to randomly view any of the 101 yoga cardz. "yogacardz is truly a fun app", according to Deidra Jones. "Our goal was to produce an experience that blended exercise and entertainment seamlessly. The iPhone has provided us with the perfect platform to achieve this goal."
