Reminder: Last Chance to Update to iOS 8.1.2 and Jailbreak iOS 8 With TaiG

Apple released iOS 8.1.3 two weeks ago, and as we previously reported, the update does indeed patch the iOS 8.1.2 TaiG jailbreak.

It is unclear when we will see another iOS 8 jailbreak, so we strongly recommend that you update to iOS 8.1.2 and jailbreak while you still can. The signing window could close any day now, and once Apple stops allowing restores for iOS 8.1.2, users will be forced to restore to iOS 8.1.3 -- which is not jailbreak-able.

To restore to iOS 8.1.2, download the proper firmware link from our firmware pages (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), then using iTunes, restore to the firmware file you downloaded (Windows, Mac).

Once you have restored to iOS 8.1.2, you can jailbreak using TaiG (or PP Jailbreak for Mac Users), regardless of whether or not Apple is signing iOS 8.1.2.

Instructions on how to jailbreak your device can be found using our wizard. Remember, if you're already on iOS 8.1.2, there is no need to restore. This warning is only for users who aren't on iOS 8.1.2.
