Check out this video of an Android Wear smartwatch controlling music playback on the iPhone.

Developer Mohammad Abu-Garbeyyeh has previously demonstrated his Android smartwatch answering a call from the iPhone and displaying notifications from the iPhone.

Notably, the low battery notifications and iOS music controls shown in this new video are the last two features that can be implemented without a jailbreak.

And an extra, battery low notifications. These two are the last things that can be implemented without a jailbreak.

Hopefully, Abu-Garbeyyeh will release his custom APK in the near future. Earlier this month, he tweeted, "Everyone asking about my Android Wear + iOS APK, I’m not holding it for no reason, it’s not polished enough for an initial release."

I like choice however with Apple, they endeavour to make you buy their overpriced products

Or we buy them for how much thought is put into, but this 'forcing' is mislead. We have our choices instead of having products shoved in our faces as if one company was jealous.

Awesome. To have the perfect phone(iPhone) and a mediocre watch paired is great because Apple watch is way too expensive and no one buys android watches so they are cheap.
