Apple is once again selling the iPhone SE. The company has added the 4-inch iPhone to its clearance store in Space Gray, Rose Gold, Gold and Silver.
The iPhone SE was first released in March 2016 and pulled from sale in September 2018. It features an A9 chip with an embedded M9 motion coprocessor and comes with 32GB or 128GB of storage.
All models listed for sale are unlocked. The 32GB version costs $249 USD and the 128GB version costs $299.

Well, the phones sold out in less than 15 hours!!! Should tell us that there is real demand for this brilliantly designed 4-inch phone. And apple should just bring back an updated 4-in phone
The comments in here are hilarious. Most of the responses, you can tell they haven’t even read the article. Apple is not releasing it again as a phone that they will continue to sell, they are releasing it as a clearance item until it sells out to get rid of the remaining stock. I love how everyone thinks Apple is doing terrible when they have the number one product on the market. Hilarious
With Apple's tumbling stock prices, and their falling sales, they're trying every trick in the book to book sales however they can, while also announcing they 'no longer need to sell iPhones to make money, we can also jack up the price of our services', even as multiple sources are openly revolting against the Apple Tax (add-on costs to in-app subscriptions).
Apple is in free fall, and all Apple is doing is offering insubstantial discounts on the products no one wants.
That said, this is likely a positive move. There are so many people (i.e. women, at half Apple's market) who've complained about the lack of phones to fit their hands. If the older SE does well, Apple just may introduce smaller phones for everyone else. Still, until Apple abandons its 'Profit at all costs', it'll continue failing, and minimal discounts won't restore their former (last years) glory.
It’s not desperation. It just makes sense for them to bring back one of the most popular iPhone styles of all time. It was stupid for them to ever think of abandoning that size in the first place. Who the heck made that call? They don’t know what they’re doing that’s for sure. They should actually design a phone the same size as the 5s/se but with a full screen like the X. It would be incredibly successful.
