The invite reads:

Join us for the first all-online WWDC, kicking off on June 22 with a Special Even Keynote coming to you from Apple Park.

The keynote will take place on June 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. PDT. Notably, Apple does not indicate that the keynote will be 'live'.

Earlier today, the company updated its Apple Developer app for iOS and released it for macOS. You can use the app to experience this year's virtual conference.
