Changing iPhone 4S for iPhone 5

Hi all,
I am getting iPhone 5 instead of my iPhone 4S(5.1.1) where it's JailBroken so how can I transfer all the Jailbroken apps from my old phone to iPhone 5 ?

You will not be able to restore your JB sw on an un-JB device.

I guess the JailBrake for iPhone 5 didn't come out yet so what's the best thing to do? what happens if I use the back up from my iPhone 4S with all the jailbroken apps once I transfer everything on iPhone 5 ?
