Will changing my iPhone hurt me with this app?

Hello,
I am currently processing credit cards for my business with GlobalPay ( http://www.globalpay.me ), as of now I am using iPhone 4s and would like to upgrade to iPhone 5. Will changing my iPhone affect the use of the app? How do I know if the app is compatible with iPhone 5?

i believe that you will be having a verified user name and a password for the app. if in that case, you will not loose anything.
