I need your help. I have an iPhone 3GS that is jailbroken and has iOS 5.0.1. I would like to update the iOS to the lastest version that can be jailbroken. My question is: do I have to re-jailbreak it after I update from iOS 5.0.1 to a latest version?

Yes you have to jailbreak it. but unfortunately, the latest software does not support ultrasn0w. so in order to use your iphone in the network, you need to do a factory unlocking.. enjoy
