Can't Reinstall Aplications

I had ios 5.1.1 jailbreak and a lot of apps (goodreader e.j) now i upgraded to 6.1.2 and jailbreaked it. I can't reinstal all my previos apps in the ipad again, anyone knows this can be fixed??

You need to download appsync for ios5.0* fron Cydia.. also you may need to re-add (drag n drop) your saved ipa file from your memory stick to itunes..
