By extension this would apply to Pandora, YouTube, or the host of other iTunes store FreeRadio streaming applications out there. Silly. Completely silly, I wonder if they ran this through Apple... hello open carrier market....

I see no reason why the app would be completely banned from the iPhone, just from using the ATT network. However the value of the app drops considerably when you can't use the 3G network and are trapped using WiFi.
I went back to watch Sling's demo of the app. The phone is connected to a WiFi network the entire time - never using 3g? Was this the plan all along for the first version of the Sling app for iPhone?
