Check out this brief speed test comparing the Apple iPhone 6 versus the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The test was posted to YouTube by DroidModderX.

Commenting on the results, DroidModderX says, "We get some rather surprising results in this particular speed test. The Note 5 is a spec power house. I was kind of disappointed with the Note 5."

Take a look at the video below and let us know what you think of the results in the comments...

It looks like he doesn't know how the android system works. You do not keep re-hitting the apps, you simply use the left key to bring the app back that YOU ALREADY OPENED.( it brings the task window when you touch the left captivated button) This way, the apps are always running and faster than any phone and they do not restart!!!! It's called multitasking. Just give it a try and learn and next time please don't post garbage like this.

Then do a video and stop bittching
kman - August 29, 2015 at 2:41am
You don't need a video. There is nothing to compare between a power house with 4gb to kids toy with 1gb ram. Irrelevant in any ways. Go talk to siri and feel better. Pitty.
gamerscul9870 - August 29, 2015 at 4:09am
This so-called kids toy works just as good as any phone would. It's just that the phone has a bit more than others if it was released months later after other phones since it uses more technology, because who knows how much more different can a phone change before it's finally released?
gamerscul9870 - August 26, 2015 at 11:40pm
Samsung doesn't use 2 GB of ram and put more work into the chip themselves other than installing the ram onto it compared to app,e with less GB of ram but more work.

I would like to see a test of the iPhone vs another device with same specs :)))))
DevGuy - August 26, 2015 at 1:58pm
Guys do you have any idea how devices et apps work ? Clicking on apps icons is ridiculously useless as a performance test. It depends not only on the hardware but results will vary depending on the application code, the OS version, the framework, the api used etc. So many other things than just your finger trying to be synchronized. By comparing devices this way you totally delude users. I say Cickbait
iAmMe - August 26, 2015 at 4:50pm
On the contrary, I think it is the best way to show the efficiency of the OS. This just proves that it's not about the hardware but also with the software. Now I understand that if its not an iPhone then it's not an iPhone. Lol. Companies that lures you because of its hardware specs are the ones deluding users.

Iphone 6 relese date:19 sep 2014,and the note 6 is august 2015
J8 - August 26, 2015 at 11:20am
It's not the fault of android, it's Samsung since I have the Sony Z3 and the iPhone 6....both are neck to neck in performance
Dommm - August 26, 2015 at 6:03am
Should if used a 6 plus
Anta - August 26, 2015 at 6:01am
Iphone does not lag and is very fast, but the battery life needs improvement. I have an iphone 6 and I lose an average of 25% battery overnight after jailbreak, it used to be around 15%
Buraz - August 26, 2015 at 8:58am
I do have iPhone 6 I don't have this problem. May be you not closing apps manually after use. If it's jailbroken you can have problems like this as you running unauthorised program.
SimonSays - August 26, 2015 at 5:54am
Lol. Samsung keeps hitting it out of the park lately.......not!
AverageReviewer - August 26, 2015 at 4:58am
If the note 5 were running untouched pure vanilla android it would blow iPhone out of the water, Samsung just screws up its own devices with its stupid overlay
gamerscul9870 - August 26, 2015 at 5:13am
For the next iPhone, it wins either way, but at what chance does android have?
Great - August 26, 2015 at 5:44am
I don't think a user using either system will be upset about the speeds. It's fast enough that one wouldn't be feeling like they are waiting a long time.
AverageReviewer - August 26, 2015 at 4:21pm
Your joking right? Even I own an iPhone and know android is better in every way, if it weren't for jail breaking I would have switched to android a long time ago.

With jailbreak tweak is fast!!!
Rawl - August 26, 2015 at 4:30am
Samsung....4gigs of ram....hehehehe
gamerscul9870 - August 26, 2015 at 4:37am
iPhone. 1gig with better parts that make it works as good. He he he
gamerscul9870 - August 26, 2015 at 4:40am
Apps are reopened using up more time so iPhone blows note or gloat 5 out of this dimension.
