Apple Releases iOS 13.1 Beta 4 to Developers [Download]

Apple has released iOS 13.1 beta 4 and iPadOS 13.1 beta 4 to developers for testing. The build number is 17A5844a.

This version is intended exclusively for software developers to test their apps and start adopting the new technologies in iOS. Make sure to back up your device and install only on systems you are prepared to erase if necessary.

The iOS 13.1 update brings back Shortcuts Automations and Share ETA in Maps. There's also improved mouse support, HEVC video encoding with alpha channels, and tweaks to various dynamic wallpapers and icons.
