Apple Releases Xcode 11.3 With Support for iOS 13.3, Touch Bar (2nd Gen) Simulator, More

Apple has released Xcode 11.3 with support for its latest iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, watchOS, and macOS software; as well as, simulator support for Touch Bar (2nd generation).
