Is it possible to jailbreak my iphone when i now use 5.1.1

Is it possible to jailbreak my iphone 4. I now use ios 5.1.1. If it's possible is there a guide to follow the steps for jailbreak. Where can i find it. Is it necessary to save my sshs blobs or can just jailbreak my Phone? I did my jailbreak 5.1.1 with absinthe. I didn't update my Phone after jailbreak to 5.1.1. Do i have to update my Phone to latest version 6.1.3 and jailbreak it or is it not possible. If you can answer in Dutch please do. I'm from Holland.
