Can't remove password lock, can my iphone4 5.1.1 still be jailbroken?

I have done a lot of research and still can't get an answer for this. My iphone 4 running 5.1.1 has a few apps from my employer that requires the phone to have a password lock. But I wish to jailbreak it. The best jailbreak info I can find is through iClarified, Absinthe 2.0 , . But in its instructions it states to be sure and remove any password locks or VPN setting. Since I can not do this, is there any way that I can do a jailbreak on my iphone 4? A responce is greatly appreciated!
