I need help getting my 3GS out of Soft DFU mode

Tried to jailbreak iphone 3GS and got as far as DFU mode and it locked u and won't power up again, I have tried recovery in redsn0w and fix recovery in tiny umbrella and all of the Itunes recovery options to no avail. Itunes gives the unknown error of 2005 and says the phone can not be restored. Any ideas or has anyone else run into this before? thanks in advance for an help.
