dear Sir/Madam
i have to face very strange issue with my apple ID. I have created my apple ID round about 2 years ago. that i used till last july. the option find my phone was turned on it on in that ID.i used this ID for two years then i have to face the sign in problems when i tried to reset its password and i chosedn the reset option by email. i did not get any mail from apple inc. then i tried to create new ID on the Same Email which is i used in previous ID. My new Apple ID was created. is was very much strange that how it happend .Am using i phone 4 GB which is factory unlocked. my i phone ICCID is 8992300088485250551. i updated its software to IOS 7.0.2 but my phone could not be activated because it show i cloud activation error.it show that this i phone is linked with ID s******@gmail.com, i used the same ID but it shows the error this Apple ID can not be used to unlock this I phone. i am too much distubed. i am a teacher i have to use it as aiding device in my teaching now a days i have to face very much difficulities in continueing my method. please guide me how to activate my i phone so i can use it again. i have attached herewith this email a screen shot of i tunes so you can see that i am the orignal user
