How to restore my iPhone 4 on ios 5.0.1 and preserve my baseband?

Hi i have iPhone 4 ios 5.0.1 with preserved 4.10.01 baseband.Now i want to restore on 5.0.1 and keep the same baseband.I have saved SHSH for 5.0.1 Can i use the new redsnow and how to use my saved SHSH and than make bb preservation? Tnx
