Shortcut in iOS control center without jailbreaking

I have installed Chrome on my iPhone 5S running iOS 7.1 beta 4, and after installing Chrome I get a shortcut to it in the control panel between the "backlight slider" and the music player controls. See screenshot here https://www.dropbox.com/s/h00v8i67w7ltebw/IMG_1110.PNG My phone is not jailbreaked. Has anyone experienced this? Is it part of the iOS 7.1 beta 4 or the new Chrome. I wish I could change the shortcut to another app.
