Is Digicel a carrier with this chip?

I was wondering if Digicel or BeMobile was one of the available carriers with this chip. We are going to Papua New Guinea and they have Digicel and BeMobile as their two carriers. I want to purchase the chip , but need to make sure mine is an available carrier on the chip. Anyone?
