נראה שהאפליקציה FaceTime שיצאה בiOS 4.3 beta 1 תומכת באייפד.

DjBeppee, קורא של iPaDevice מצא איך לקרוא את הקבצים ולהתחיל את FaceTime על האייפד.

האפליקציה נראת דומה לFaceTime של Mac OS X. אפשר לראות זאת בתמונות למטה.

could a hack be developed to use the usb port with an external web cam to enable the first gen ipads to use facetime? or maybe Apple could do the right thing and make this a part of iOS 4.3 instead? OK I know I'm dreaming
