Блогер с сайта GumballTech – Брайан - попытался побить мировой рекорд по скорости набора текста, для этого он использовал стандартную клавиатуру iPhone 4 (Результат смотрите на видео).

Брайан решился испытать себя, после того как недавно прочел о Мелиссе Томпсон, 27-летней британке, установившей мировой рекорд по скорости набора текста – 25.94 секунды. При этом она использовала смартфон Samsung Galaxy S с его Swype-клавиатурой.

Официальная фраза, которую нужно было напечатать: «the razor-toothed piranhas of the genera Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality they seldom attack a human» («Пираньи с зубами-лезвиями вида Serrasalmus и Pygocentrus являются самыми свирепыми пресноводными рыбами в мире. В действительности они крайне редко нападают на людей.»).

Брайан набрал фразу, сам включил и отключил секундомер и потратил на это 21.8 секунд. Оба рекорда, рекорд Брайана и Мелиссы, подтверждены Книгой рекордов Гиннеса.

Wow ... "shit & fuck" your parents must be so proud of your literary skills. Well, the one you know, at least. Those of us that use the keyboard for productive purposes are aware of its benefits and drawbacks. As for the level of user that need pointless endeavours like this to justify its usefulness, they will need to evolve to having opposing thumbs to make use of it.

My post was meant to point out out that sometimes the articles are desperate and poor in their attempts to praise Apple and their products. amazing god damn! crap man i thought i was fast they say the only thing that u can type faster on is a real computer keyboard and thats about it anything else wont match the iphones speed. unless perhaps maybe they come out with BLIND TYPE someday
