A new report from Japanese site Macotakara claims that the iPhone 7 will retain the same width and height as the iPhone 6 but be 1mm thinner. It's also said to have a thinner Lightning connector, likely referring to the smaller assembly needed to reduce the thickness of the device.
Corroborating prior reports, the site says the iPhone 7 will probably drop the headphone jack and will feature a flush camera lens. Additionally, Macotakara suggests that the iPhone 7 could feature stereo speakers at the bottom for improved sound.
It has been said that it will be water-proof specifications with new composite materials, but it keeps using the metal case as before, remaining at the drip-proof level.
It's been widely rumored that Apple could equip the iPhone 7 Plus with a dual-lens camera, perhaps dubbing it the iPhone Pro; however, Macotakara says, "We don't know whether or not the iPhone 7 Plus has a dual lens."

All I want is its standard functionality that predecessors had before that should be put back or retained: Stereo speakers and headphone jack. That's all.

I have a feeling we're still a few years out from that ever happening and actually yes it is wireless charging because the charger is stationary and you set your phone on it and your actual phone doesn't require you to have a cord plugged into it so yes it is actually wireless.

Apple always dissapointing customers. Hate their body designs and lack of new features already in other Devices. I claim more functions to ios

Always? Yawn! Body design is nothing compared to what they do to cover our devices and features that they put effort into and heck $15 a month for a new iPhone. Features already in other devices? At least they get it right or make a more modern refreshed version of it!

They need to stop with this thinness focus. The iPhone 6 is thin as it is. I hate holding the phone without a case I feel like I'm going to always drop it.

I don't care if it's the same speakers or if it is thinner or if it comes with wireless charging or not (because I own chargers that already do the job without outlets), but if it doesn't have the headphone jack, I might not buy and just get the 5se. (Yes the 7 will have wireless charging, a more better version of it that lives beyond its name because you will be a certain distance away from it).

They make the 16 gb for media attention. Hey everyone we got 4 new phones 16-32-64-128. The 16 gb is obviously a marketing tow. The 32gb even cost cheaper to make, if they dont make 16gb. We can easily afford the 16gb to give away, they cost probably $12 less ro make . Wow big deal.

Boring. I honestly don't know why Apple thinks it is a good idea to keep making the devices thinner. No one cares anymore, we just care if it is lighter, that is it.

It better have stereo speakers. So sick of the one sided sound.
