Comex may wait for the release of the Verizon iPhone before releasing his untether, according to a tweet he sent earlier today.

Currently, the only untether is available is the 'backup plan' from the iPhone Dev-Team. The Chronic Dev-Team has said they are also working on their own untether.

Makes sense, after all the Verizon phone has the 4.2.5 iOS so most likely we will have to update to the new version, for me it will be the last jb, I'll ditch this bs iphone for the new PSP, i'm tired of cat and mouse + itunes and so much crap.

I agree 100% I got my iphone 4 in Oct, and have not been able to unlock it since then. I Have been unlocking and jailbreaking my phone since iphone 1g, and im completly tired of waiting around with a phone i cant use!! Maybe apple is getting so smart about their products, its becoming super hard to figure out an unlock in a reasonable amount of time. Im so close to moving on to some other phone. Maybe the playstation phone?
