Apple has released iOS 9.1 beta 4 to developers for testing. The build number 13B136.

This is a pre-release version of iOS 9.1 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Devices updated to iOS 9.1 can not be restored to earlier versions of iOS.

People that don't have $$ .. They always say it's a waste but for the people that CAN afford it .. They don't think a minute about $$.. They don't even care .. I buy stuff I don't even think about it

Sont see what you are hinting at here against ios, but fir me I carefully decide how wrth it was biyng expensive products especially saving money for that and all the ither stuff I can still pay at the rate of money I earn.

Good for you, buddy. As for me, I work hard and earn every penny I make, and even though I want for nothing, I do watch how I spend my money and spend it wisely because I do work hard to earn it. So to counter your statement, people who work hard to earn their money, whether they be rich or poor, tend to be more penny wise and respect the value of their hard-earned money, while spoiled brats and those who were born into money tend to not respect the value of EARNED money, because they have never truly worked hard to earn it.
