Check out this video from Zach Straley that tests the breakability of the Apple Pencil while plugged into the iPad Pro and its resistance to bending.

The Apple Pencil holds up surprisingly well due to a hinge mechanism that is build into the top of the pencil.

With a 86 mAh battery you shouldn't have to worry about charging it for long. Apple advertises "15 seconds will get you half an hour of usage". So it'll be fully charged in roughly 6 minutes. If you think you'll break it in 6 minutes, go return the $1,000+ of products you purchased.

You wish we were going backwards because 1. Apple PENCIL is not like any stylus, 2. What did Jobs say that quote to? the iPhone, iPad, etc.? 3. Jobs also said they didn't want to do bigger screen, but Apple today didn't have a choice with that.

Sadly this was such a stupid design idea on apples part the way it charges. Someone can walk by while the pencil is sticking out and fling your iPad right to the ground...

The pencil can last another 30 mins with 15 secs of charging. If you are so unlucky to have someone break it in that 15 secs then you shouldn't be able to own an Apple product. If you need a full charge, use a USB port and adapter. Or wait for 6-8 mins for it to charge.

Seriuosly who whould buy it to do what he did! , i dont get it why they do all these tests, iphone 6 with me for a year and no bend , now iphone 6s i guess it depends on how stupidity you use it
