O jailbreak é baseado no SHAtter exploit encontrado por pod2g. Provavelmente será lançado em http://greenpois0n.com/ e incluirá a capacidade de hacktivate

Nós postaremos tutoriais como dar jailbreak em seus específicos aparelhos assim que o jailbreak estiver disponível. Lembre-se que não existe ainda desbloqueio para iOS 4.1, então se necessário, assegure-se de seguir as instruções para se manter desbloqueado.

! ultrasn0w question ! I wonder if iphone 4 on ios 4.0 with 1.59.0 bb version can be unlocked, then why shouldn't it work on 4.1 jailbroken iphone 4 with the same bb version (1.59.0)??

Wat about ios 4.2 wait till that's released then release the jailbreak.apple will just patch it and then we can't update our jailboken ipads

Noo way it took so much time for 4.1's JB to be perfected that waiting till 4.2 jb will be more of a wait.. especially since most of up can't live without a jben iPhone lolol

This has been mentioned over and over and over. this jailbreak has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FIRMWARE. The exploit is in the bootrom which can not be changed by any firmware release ever. It is a hardware exploit. The only difference is that comex created a patch to make this jailbreak which would be tethered by itself untethered. So on 4.1 with the new comex patch this will be an untethered jailbreak but if 4.2 comes out that will most likely be patched leaving just this tethered jailberak but a jailbreak none the less.

Yes you can. Update to 4.1 using TinyUmbrella which will save your old baseband. So you'll be able to jailbreak and unlock as well.

So much of complications and you still want a iphone which only when jailbroken is used like a 100 percent smart phone. I owned 7 of it and i know what it is! It was great when it came but now its crap! why cant you guys try android? now stop abusing and have some sense! Practically speaking it does more than the iOS.. All you guys look like beggers/prisoners here... looking for someone who could set you free by doing something like jaibreaking or unlocking. I seriously pity you all.

dont be a hatter we are very lucky to have programmers takin there time to make millions happy because apple wont! the phone itself is great has the nicest screen out probably one of the best cameras and video rate @30fps . why should they try and jailbreak a android whats the need there more open then apple and this is why they do it to give us more freedom with out devices your hatin meanwhile i bet your the first to be jailbreakin yo! go get a droid with there lame apps i seen them all they got nothing on the iphone apple being they are most devolpers create things first for the iphone in so many cases i see you android boys yelling and screaming WHY CANT U MAKE THIS WHY CANT U MAKE THAT FOR THE DROID! why always the iphone first and the answer is.. CAUSE ITS THE BEST PHONE AND THE MOST COPIED PHONE OUT! ill admit the droid has some nice features to it like a fully loaded camera with all types of options and whatnot dont hate on all us wanting to free our phones from apple. u gonna hate on people hate on APPLE not the people who are in this community helping others out so we can all get what we want and we always do and we have these generous coders programmers hackers working round the clock for them and for us so go join a droid forum! ice OUT
