Pod2g conseguiu implementar com sucesso o jailbreak untethered do iOS 5, conforme mostra o vídeo.

No começo de Novembro, o Pod2g anunciou que eles tinham encontrado um bug que poderia ser usado para o jailbreak untethered do iOS 5.

Olá amigos do jailbreak, eu encontrei um bug que pode tornar o jailbreak untethered do iOS 5 possível. Não esperem por uma versão final em breve, mas eu vou trabalhar duro nisso.

Parece que esse trabalho foi recompensado, no entanto, o jailbreak untethered ainda não é compatível com o iPhone 4S e o iPad 2.

Inúmeras questões dos meus seguidores. Muito cedo ainda para responder. Trabalharemos no iOS 5.0.1. Tentaremos no iPad 2 e no iPhone 4S depois que os outros estiverem prontos.

Porém... Eu não tenho um 4S nem um iPad 2.

We would love to see this for 4S and an unlock but hey what can we expect for free? If they figure it out they figure it out if they don't then they don't. Stop complaining about what you don't have and be more appreciative of what they have done for years! You can also try to find an exploit yourself and share it all with us for free!!

Really? Are people so starve for a break that these Devs can say what they want for almost a year yet not deliver and yet still get defended as reliable? Years ago I would be on the front line myself but the track record lately states otherwise ... Guys deliver something other than videos or tweets please

This is very strange. Iphone 4 power button is on the top right and not on top left. In fact all iphone power button are on top right.

The fact that he was able to put 5.0+ on a IPOD 2ND GEN is remarkable becuz 5.0 isnt supported on ipod 2nd gen i think?

Well as you say you got it and going to work on iPhone 4s and iPad 2 so that means it's ready for iPhone 4... Why bot release it for the iPhone 4??? It's cause it's bullshit thats why. Your goin to make it for only iPhone 4s and iPad 2 aren't you and what about in two weeks when 5.1 is goin to come out huh??? Oh wait guys can't release yet since 5.2 is in the works... Watch all you knee pad lovers start talking trash about what I said. So to beat you to it 5.0 came out and they said they had it and I then said 5.0.1 is coming and what did these people say oh wait can't release yet cause they might close it...

Watch it Dude. Did you pay them to do the work for you? No Right? so back off. You have no right to say anything to them. If you think you're good, try exploid yourself. You should be quiet and wait til he release. You should appreciate the work from the Dev team...since you use their tool for free.

marco, that's an ipod touch... Also it is said that we need to update to 5.0.1 now before apple close that hole, but I have an iphone 4 running at 4.3.3 unlocked with ultrasn0w on 1.59 modem. I should wait for a sn0wbreeze or pwngtool to be released before updating or I could lose my unlock right? I don't think Cydia can save blobs for 5.0 or 5.0.1 unless you are on it...
