Estas são instruções sobre como realizar um jailbreak untethered do seu absinto 4S iPhone usando para Mac.

Primeiro Passo

Segundo Passo
Dê um duplo clique para extrair o arquivo baixado e execute o Absinthe aplicação.

Terceiro Passo
Conforme solicitado, conecte seu iPhone 4S ao computador via USB. Certifique-se de remover qualquer senhas ou as configurações de VPN que você previamente definido.

Passo Quatro
Clique no Jailbreak para iniciar

Passo Cinco
A aplicação irá levá-lo através de várias etapas do jailbreak: Envio de dados inicial, à espera de reboot, à espera de dispositivo para concluir a inicialização, os dados jailbreak Preparação e envio de dados de carga útil.

Passo Seis
Você será informado de que o jailbreak é "Quase pronto".

Passo Sete
Em seu dispositivo, localize o Absinthe ícone e pressione-o para completar o seu jailbreak. Poderia ser em qualquer homescreen.

Se o servidor está em baixo e você terá uma Erro ao estabelecer uma conexão com o banco mensagem em seguida, toque no ícone Configurações no seu springboard e ligar VPN .

Você vai ter um erro de configuração, no entanto, após cerca de um minuto o dispositivo irá reiniciar com Cydia na Springboard!

amm, hi i have iPhone 4s I ALREADY download and setup absinthe and it works , then i upgrade iOS 5.0 to 5.1.0 now i`m getting this message sorry the attached device is not supported when im trying to install the absinthe. any advice please thanks and regards,

Because Absinthe dosent support iphone 4s on 5.1.0 yet, there no jailbreak for the 4s on 5.1.0 keep waiting and hoping??????????????

You're using an iPhone 4 .. this is for 4S only .. use Redsn0w to jailbreak iPhone 4 on 5.0.1

Having a hard time jailbreaking. For some reason Absinthe says it can't load it all the way in the app and refers me to do the VPN setting. I turn it on and nothing happens in the process. Any help?

Doesnt work for me. The app crashes on my mac as soon as I plug in the iphone4s. Not sure why or what to do. Also tried on a windows pc and the jailbreak button never goes active for me to press it.

Just want to tell you that when I tried to jailbreak my iPhone 4s on 5.0.1 with Absinthe it failed all the time like for some others. But the solution to my problem was to update to firmware 5.0.1 (iPhone4,1_5.0.1_9A406_Restore.ipsw) first. I was on 5.0.1 but on a earlier release (iPhone4,1_5.0.1_9A405_Restore.ipsw) which apperantly was NOT compatible with Absinthe.

Just wanted to thank you for this info. I've been trying for about 2 hours thinking I was doing something obvious wrong but I guess I've just got the wrong firmware :-( Updating now :-)

First of all, I know this entry shouldn't be here. But I don't know where else to turn. I would love to update my iPhone 3gs to 5.0.1. But I don't know how since my power button is busted and I can't put the phone in DFU. I have googled about putting the phone in DFU without the use of buttons, but I'm afraid it might brick my phone :-( Any help would be much appreciated!!! Has anyone been through this problem?

Anyone with white screen issues after hitting Absinthe, try closing all apps including Absinthe, then turn VPN on in settings. It will likely give you an error, that's ok. Then hit Absinthe again and it should work.
