Apple and Major League Baseball have announced the August schedule for "Friday Night Baseball" on Apple TV.
The weekly doubleheader will continue every Friday throughout the 2026 regular season, with Apple TV subscribers in 60 countries and regions able to watch without local broadcast restrictions.
August Schedule
The August schedule begins on August 7 with the Baltimore Orioles at the Texas Rangers at 8:00 p.m. ET, followed by the Tampa Bay Rays at the Seattle Mariners at 9:30 p.m. ET.
On August 14, the St. Louis Cardinals will visit the Chicago Cubs for a 2:00 p.m. ET matinee, while the New York Yankees will face the Toronto Blue Jays at 7:00 p.m. ET in a rematch of last year's Division Series.
The August 21 doubleheader includes the Tampa Bay Rays at the Baltimore Orioles at 7:00 p.m. ET and the Los Angeles Angels at the Texas Rangers at 8:00 p.m. ET.
On August 28, the Boston Red Sox will visit the New York Yankees at 7:00 p.m. ET, while the Seattle Mariners will face the Toronto Blue Jays at 7:00 p.m. ET in a rematch of last year's American League Championship Series.
Broadcast Details
For the fifth straight season, "Friday Night Baseball" games will be called by the broadcast teams of Wayne Randazzo, Dontrelle Willis, and Heidi Watney; and Alex Faust, Ryan Spilborghs, and Tricia Whitaker. Rich Waltz will also call select games during the season. Game-by-game assignments will be announced weekly.
Pregame coverage will be hosted by Lauren Gardner, former MLB All-Star Eric Hosmer, and MLB insider Russell Dorsey. Fans in the U.S. and Canada can also choose home or away local radio broadcasts during games.
