Monoprice has stopped selling Apple accessories just after a Bloomberg report announced that Apple had started suing companies that sell unauthorized products.
Apple Inc. sued companies it said are selling unauthorized electronic accessories such as chargers, speakers and cables for the iPod music player, iPhone and iPad tablet computer.
Many are of inferior quality and reliability, raising significant concerns over compatibility with and damage to Apples products, Apple said.
Monoprice has commented on their Facebook page saying, "We have decided to suspend offering these products as part of our business plan. We will let you know if and when we resume selling these products."
They did not confirm whether this decision had anything to do with Apple or if they had been contacted by the company in anyway.

There are still plenty other sites that sell inferior products for apple, so no need to be sad.

...well...I c another lawsuit in the not so distant future against Mapple for monopolistic practices and bad business practice (or something like that, I'm no lawyer :) ), is like buying a BMW and not being able to replace the stereo with another better system or the GPS cause BMW will not let you, simply BS, another reason to leave the Maquiavellic and despotic Mapple way of life...

i bought a pretty shitty iPhone USB cable from them that only charged the phone, wouldn't sync. it would come disconnected with the phone if you pick up the phone and the cable wiggles ;/

When you buy them then you should know what quality to expect. But they do cost a fraction of the price of genuine ones so don't complain. I often buybthen and take a chance if it works or not but so far everything worked for a bargain price.
