Chronus - iPhone 2.x Backup Application Released

How come I only see apps from the app store and no 3rd party apps from cydia on chronus. I know they said it backs up cydia/ installer and app store apps, but before I purchase it I want to know, has anyone seen any apps from cydia on their chronus?
