Yesterday Gizmodo received a tip saying 'OMG! I FOUND THE NEW IPHONE NANO! CHECK IT OUT MAN! THIS IS THE REAL THING! I BOUGHT THE ORIGINAL IPHONE 3G FROM THEM! AND THAT WAS REAL! THIS HAS TO BE REAL! CAN'T YOU SEE IT?!?!?! OMG! ASDADGAFAAEFGASDGADFASDHHHHH!!!'
After further investigation Gizmodo discovered the phone was actually an iPhone nano knockoff made by China Suppliers. Did they have a product to copy?

The point is, it isn't an iPhone, sure it may look like one on the outside, but that's about it.
