Chief Correspondent for Mashable, Lance Ulanoff, tweeted an image just now of the Macs where Apple will run the OS X demos. However, when you take a closer look, you can see that the Macs are running OS X 10.10! The next version is rumored to be called 'Yosemite'
You can check out the updated flat-icons in the dock including a red iTunes icon, a white trash can icon and more.

Guys you realize you can customize the dock and icons, just wait until official release.

I said the same thing Nat. I agree. It can easily be changed. Not a fan of the dock as of now, but the icons aren't that bad actually. Might get used to the dock eventually. Will definitely play around with it when the time comes. You see these trolls in here with their non innovation BS? They cry about the look of the new dock but fail to look at all the new features they've added. I think it'll be the best osx yet.

I agree this is a big change and some may not like it. Personally the icons don't bother me too much, but the dock will take getting used too. For all that are complaining, you do realize it won't be that hard to switch back too the current dock/ icons even if you upgrade to the new version. That's one good thing about OSX. You can easily change the icons and dock that osx currently has by changing the icon image files and commands in terminal. Don't get so bent out of shape. Trust me. Upgrade then change it back to the current style.

Even after upgrading to the new osx you can easily change the icons and dock to the current version. You've been able to change it to whatever you've wanted for awhile now. It's not that hard.
